COMPLIANCE

Due to the ASEZCo being an SOC / Government Funded Entity, all prospective suppliers and service providers needs to adhere to the following compliance when wanting to do business with the ASEZCo:

The below list of compliance documents need to be submitted if SMME’s would like to contract with the ASEZCo:

  • Central Supplier Database (CSD Report) Registration
  • Valid BBBEE certificate or completed Affidavit stamped and signed by a commissioner of oaths
  • Valid bank account and bank confirmation letter
  • Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)
  • Complete a declaration of interest form (WCBD-4) stamped and signed by commissioner of oaths

Upon bidding for specific work, the compliance as stated hold validity periods as follows:

  • Central Supplier Database (CSD) Report – no older than 7 days
  • BBBEE certificate or completed Affidavit – no older than 12 months
  • Bank confirmation letter – no older than 90 days
  • Valid Tax Compliance Certificate – should not be expired
  • Declaration of interest form (WCBD-4) – no older than 12 months

All the validity dates are stated on most of the compliance documents and should be checked and renewed once the periods have expired.
